David Gaudet

Curious, strategic and sharply analytical of the business environment, Gaudet is an objective-oriented, high-performance professional, passionate about working with creative people on complex projects. As an 18-year faculty member at SAIT's School of Business, Gaudet keeps it real as a teacher by sharing what he learns every day through providing value to clients through his marketing firm, Triceratops Brand Logic, and managing a real estate portfolio with properties in Alberta and British Columbia. Since 2012, he has applied his passion for writing with work on textbooks for Nelson and Pearson, and he continues to create content in the social space through Twitter, Triceratops Brand Logic, and YouTube. Whether he’s advising, planning, writing, mentoring, tweeting, blogging or old school person-to-person chatting, Gaudet's fascination with human activity and its relation to business is always on display, and his reputation as a MarTech thought leader continues to grow.
Jason Wellman

Jason is the Vice President of Operations & Member Solutions at POD Marketing Inc. headquartered in Calgary, AB. POD Marketing is a digital marketing agency primarily serving niche industries across North America including Home Services, Optometry, Dentistry, Senior Living, and Chiropractic. Jason's start in business began as an entrepreneur and ignited his passion for marketing and client experience. Following his passion for marketing led Jason to work alongside notable national brands and innovative local business disruptors in the world of broadcast and digital media. Having consulted for hundreds of business owners specific to marketing and advertising strategy, Jason orchestrates the creation and delivery of industry-leading marketing products and services across the POD Marketing portfolio of brands. An alumnus of SAIT, Jason actively seeks opportunities to support and give back to the institution and currently sits as Chairman of the SAIT Program Advisory Council - Marketing.
Vasilios Douros
Head of Performance Marketing @WestJet
Vassilis actively seeks out innovation by combining his digital passions and competitive background. While he spends most of his time creating and adopting new digital strategies, he enjoys understanding Martech and how it is paramount in our ability to identify opportunity and scale for businesses. Vassilis career has taken him around the world. From the Athens 2004 Olympic games, to normalizing digital strategies for premier online gaming companies in Europe, there has never been a dull moment. Upon his return to Canada, he has spent the bulk of his time creating and implementing digital disruption strategies that help businesses scale and globalize across two significant industries; retail and aviation. Today, Vassilis is the Head of Regional and Performance Marketing at WestJet Airlines. From its humble beginnings 25 years ago as an ultra-low-cost carrier that made travel accessible to all Canadians, WestJet has since grown into an airline that serves over 100 destinations.
